Everything about your account — keys, credits, billing, plan — lives in the kwery.co dashboard. Nothing here requires an API call: sign in and manage it visually. This page is the map.
Create, rotate, and revoke kwy_live_… keys in the dashboard's API keys screen. The raw key is shown once, at creation — kwery stores only a hash. Rotation issues the new key before the old one is revoked, so you can swap credentials without downtime. See Authentication for how keys are sent on requests.
The dashboard shows your live balance, usage this period, and the next reset date. We email you automatically at 80% used, 95% used, and depletion, so you're never surprised by a 402. How credits are consumed — per-source weights, what's billed vs. free, rollover — is covered in Pricing; the lifecycle (what happens when you run out) in Self-serve.
- Upgrade / downgrade — plan changes are made in the dashboard and take effect immediately. Plan tiers and rates: Pricing → Plans.
- Budget cap — cap overage spend from the dashboard, with
hard_stopornotifybehavior: Pricing → Capping overage spend. - Invoices & payment method — invoices, receipts, VAT details, and card management are handled in the dashboard's billing section.
Cancel your subscription from the dashboard at any time — paid plans run to the end of the billing period. To delete your account and its data entirely, contact us and we'll confirm removal.
